I have worn many hats to dig into how human user experiences can help us design services, products and campaigns that influence changes in behaviour and practices.

Past and present, I customize human centered design toolsets to research, design and test:

- digital and non-digital services and campaigns that influence behaviour changes.

- explore the use of emerging technology like virtual and augmented reality for youth education, urban futures and healthcare.
